Based : Jakarta Raya
Graduated and Exp :
Fresh Graduated or person who have 1 until 2 years experience in
System Support is ok to apply.
Holder Diploma D3 or Bachelor degree S1 major in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT Information Technology
or equivalent.
Additional Qriteria :
Able to work under demanding environment with minimum supervision
in a team working framework.
Discipline, hard worker, friendly, good attitude, creative and proactive.
Able to handle any customers complaint with a good communication.
Able to under demanding environment with min supervision in a team.
Basic Skills and Knowledge :
Poses a good problem analysis and troubleshooting skill.
Good understanding in Hardware Support
(set up desktop, server, printer, network device, LAN, WAN and PABX)
Good understanding in Application and System Support
(Linux Fedora/Red hat, Windows, Mail Server, Monitoring Server and
office applications).
Having good knowledge in SQL Databases (Postgresql and Mysql).
Having good knowledge in Java and Python.
